Pricing  We charge flat rate shipping. We package our gowns with a great deal of added protection & this results in a very large box.

**USA- All online items ship free. We ship UPS signature required. We always provide a tracking number the day your items ship.  

***Shipping costs for our international customers only covers the cost of shipping the package. It does not cover any taxes or VAT your country may charge on your item. Please contact us to discuss any potential tax that might be your responsibility. We can give a very good estimate on the cost. 

Packaging

We use acid free tissue paper to protect the fabric of all of our dress from beading &/or zippers. Dresses are then placed in a protective plastic garment bag. Formal bridal gowns are further protected inside of a free zippered bridal bag that is yours to keep for taking your gown to alteration appointments. (a $30 value)

Carriers : We use UPS for all shipping within the continental US. We use USPS Priority Mail Express service if it's available for all other customers. Express Mail is a bit more expensive then some other options, but since we stand behind your gown arriving on time & safely to you we feel it's worth a few extra dollars for the reliability of this service. If Express Mail is not available for your location we will ship by USPS Priority Mail.
