Please read carefully as our online sales policy reflects the same policies as our in person store. 

Due to the delicate nature of our gowns, all sales are final on all merchandise. Deposits made both in store and online are non refundable. We do guarantee that new, special order gowns will arrive in pristine/new condition without flaws in the correct size/color ordered. Sample gowns will be like new. A few loose or missing beads are possible. They will be free of rips, stains, dust, dirt and have fully functional zippers. They are steamed cleaned before shipping at no additional charge. Some gowns will arrive to you brand new. We are often able to purchase new gowns at a discount and those gowns are not tried on in our store. They will be ready to wear.

We inspect each gown carefully before shipping. If there is a problem with your order please contact us. We aren't a mega store. Our goal is to make sure every Amara bride is happy with her purchase. We will replace gowns with missed defects at our full cost- including shipping. This has never happened, but we want you to feel comfortable ordering from us. We will not replace gowns due to ordering the wrong size or not liking the style of the gown.
