Question: Can I buy all of your designers online?
No. We do not offer all of the designers we carry for sale online. Rosa Clara, Sincerity & Sweetheart gowns can only be purchased by coming in as a walk in appointment. We do not make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
Question: Are your gowns new, authentic designer gowns?
Yes. All of our gowns are brand new & 100% authentic. They will come with the original designer hang tags & inner tags intact. We are a walk in bridal store & you can find us listed on the designer websites.
Question : Do you have every gown that is shown online in your store?
No we do not. We carry the most popular styles from each designer in our store. Please call or email us if you would like us to check for a specific dress. Most of our designers offer a loaner program. We can usually borrow gowns from the designer for our brides to try on if their dream dress is not in stock with us.
Question: Why can't I return items I don't like?
We do not sell any items that have been tried on. All of our items are brand new & ordered just for you from the designer. We are not allowed to return items, so we can not accept returns for any item. Damaged items can be returned at our expense for an exchange. We have never had a damaged item returned to us, but we want you to know that we guarantee that your items will arrive in perfect condition
