 We are not an off the rack store. However, we do have a selection of off the rack gowns available for immediate purchase. We do not offer any gowns without trains or short gowns.

Our brand new, special order gowns are priced in the $699-$1600 range. Only our off the rack selection can be purchased below $699 & they can all be viewed on this website.

All available appointments are shown online. We can accept walk ins if we have an opening.  If you prefer to schedule by phone please call 513-469-6200 

Our appointment types are as follows :  Please check the correct appointment

1st Bridal Visit (6 guests + the bride max) This is a free 1.5 hour private appointment for your first time shopping with us. You can try on as many gowns as time allows (usually around 10), so it's a really fun appointment! Most of our brides purchase during their first appointment. 

2nd Visit Purchase Appointment- (6 guests + the bride max) Did you need a few days to sleep on that dress purchase? Chose this appointment to come back in for your 2nd time to purchase. We will pull your favorite gowns to try on again. 

Gown Pick Up Appointment- A free 30 minute appointment to pick up & try on purchased items. 6 guests + the bride maximum 

In order to offer the best experience for all of our guests, group sizes are limited to what is stated above unless prior approval is obtained.

No Show Policy: In an effort to keep our appointments private & free we ask for a notification if you are unable to attend. We do not allow those who miss an appointment without a 24 hour notification to reschedule. 

Child Policy: We love little ones & we understand that you may want children to be a part of choosing your gown. Due to the delicate nature of our store & inventory, we do ask that children must remain seated during the entire appointment. You will be offered the chance to reschedule if the children in attendance can not remain seated at all times.
