Your shopping & dress pick up experience:
Amara Bridal wants you to know that we are taking extra measures to clean & sanitize our store between appointments. We are doing everything in our power to keep our customers safe. We also ask that you help us by following the guidelines below for your shopping appointments & dress pickups.
- No groups larger then 4 guests plus the bride can be accepted at this time. We prefer that you bring less then that number if possible. Please help keep our staff, your family, friends & the community safe. You are very welcome to do video conferencing from inside the store.
-Please reschedule your appointment if you are running a fever above 99F or showing any other signs of illness.
-Please make sure your guests are healthy. If any of your guests are showing signs of illness we ask that you reschedule your appointment
-Please keep your number of guests to a minimum.
-Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Do not arrive early & we will finish appointments on time to allow us time to sanitize after each appointment.
Amara Bridal may ask you to reschedule if you or your guests arrive showing obvious signs of illness (fever, coughing, runny nose) or if we smell a cough drop. We hope we can all work together to keep our store a safe place for brides to enjoy shopping for their special day. Thank you for your understanding.
Information regarding pending orders & delivery time:
Some designers are experiencing delays. Amara Bridal has already contacted each bride individually if their gown order might be delayed. If you have not been contacted we do not expect a delay on your order. Not all of our designers have been affected by delays. We are checking delivery dates on every single bridal order each week to make sure they are still running on time.
Information for 2020 brides who have not yet ordered their gown:
We strongly suggest that you shop & order your gown immediately. We have made almost all of our sample gowns available for purchase off the rack the same day as your appointment. Our Sincerity Bridal collection is available for special order & is not experiencing delays. Our other designers do keep some hanging stock that can be received quickly. We also have a private label brand that can be ordered & received within a week. Gather your group & shop right away!
We believe in keeping our brides informed and fully educated on the current impact of the coronavirus on their bridal order. We will update this page regularly if new information is received.
